In the second class of the Adobe After Effects course we are going to get to know the workspace and the interface with which we will have to get used to to get the most out of the application.
Adobe applications are not the most intuitive in the world, and for a reason. There are so many features and tools available that it is difficult to show them all in a simple way. Something that can overwhelm the most novice users.
That is why it is important to get used to the interface from the beginning and know where everything is. In this class we will have the first contact with our workplace. Go for it!
In this first class we have seen the large number of tools and customization modes that we have with Adobe After Effects.
The good thing about Adobe is that it usually maintains a similar structure in all its applications and usually maintains it in successive versions. Trying not to make drastic changes to the UI. This course is developed with the Adobe After Effects 2021 version, but you won’t have a problem if we use earlier or later versions.
The Adobe After Effects interface is fully customizable, so we can design our workspace to our liking and comfort. Likewise, we will see how we have different tabs where we can create different versions of workspaces. Each one can be focused on one of the tasks that we will carry out with the application.
It is also important to take a look at the configuration, with which we can customize some aspects of its behavior. We are going to review the most important options and put them to our liking.
After our first contact with Adobe After Effects, as homework, we will take our time to get to know the interface inside out. As well as customize each of the panels, as they adapt to our taste and needs.
