Allianz Seguros has created an application for its mediator platform (ePac) for tablets. This free app, called ePacApp, can be downloaded to any tablet from the iOS and Android operating system stores.
?At Allianz Seguros we have always wanted to facilitate the daily work of our more than 11,000 brokers. The advice they give to clients is key and it is important that they can carry out their commercial work from anywhere. Today, betting on the digital world is betting on the future of insurance and mediation?, says José Luis Ferré, General Manager of Allianz Seguros.
Until now, mediators could already access the ePac through the web. Now, with its own app, access to the ePac is even easier. In this new environment, the ePac allows more agile management and improves functionalities. Thus, the most commercialized products, Cars and Home, have a more attractive design adapted to the new environment, which allows greater agility to enter data, search for information, quote or issue policies. In addition, new products from different branches have been added to this application.
The application allows mediators to manage their portfolios, carrying out operations and queries from anywhere, from receiving information about product campaigns, to making registration reservations, consulting their client portfolio, claims, receipts, making changes or viewing the statistics of its commercial activity, among others.
It is also worth mentioning the inclusion of tools such as the Allianz Seguros Retirement Advisor, which allows intermediaries to show their clients, wherever they are, a simulation of long-term savings to guide them towards their retirement.
Commitment to the digital world
Allianz Seguros, in its constant commitment to innovation, accessibility and customer orientation, continues to adapt to new technologies, incorporating them into its business management. Recently, it has renewed the eCliente space on its website (www.allianz.es/eCliente) and has developed a mobile application aimed at its policyholders (eClienteApp).
Looking ahead to 2014, Allianz Seguros will continue to improve its digital applications aimed at both customers and brokers.
