Bearnaise, the new hamburger from chef Dani García for McDonald’s

McDonald’s and chef Dani García have once again collaborated on the launch of the new Bearnaise Signature Collection hamburger, made with ingredients such as bearnaise sauce accompanied with touches of chimichurri spices.

The premium platform, which keeps the goat cheese burger on the menu, grows with this reference whose inspiration comes directly from France, with a unique sauce made with butter, yolks and the same spices used to prepare a chimichurri.

This bearnaise sauce has been prepared by the renowned chef in collaboration with Arteoliva, the chain’s supplier of sauces, and perfectly combines the rest of the ingredients: 100% Spanish beef, high-quality bread, lettuce, cheese, bacon and mushroom of the Paris variety.

In the words of Dani García, “bringing some gourmet recipes to the general public has meant fulfilling one of my dreams. McDonald’s has been my perfect ally to be able to carry it out, since I know first-hand that the company is committed to offering products of the highest quality. We have been collaborating for several years through the Signature Collection, and I hope that we can continue to develop more proposals so that consumers continue to enjoy new flavours”.

For her part, Natalia Echeverria, Chief of Marketing & Digital Officer of McDonald’s Spain, adds: “For McDonald’s it is a great honor to have the opportunity to maintain such a close collaboration with one of the most renowned Spanish chefs of recent times. The development of this type of product allows us to explore and innovate so that our consumers have access to a more varied and exclusive gastronomic offer at affordable prices for all”.
