An alternative to resizing a PDF is to crop the page, which can be achieved this way.

1. Enter Adobe Acrobat and open the document of your choice.
2. Go to the toolbar located on the right side and choose “Edit PDF”.
3. Then, press the option “Crop pages”.
4. Make a painting to delimit how big the sheet will be and double click.
5. Immediately, a new window will appear, where you can customize the length of each side.
6. Likewise, you will have the opportunity to go to “page size” and change it to “A4” and other types.
7. Once done, press “Accept”.
