First analysis of the comparison of WordPress hosting, in which we analyze the provider CDmon, in its Junior plan.
Both in this analysis, and in the rest of the , we have analyzed seven basic sections:
- contracted plan: Characteristics of it by choosing a basic plan that allows working with WordPress.
- Recruitment process: We look at complexity, the information we receive, and payment options.
- Information process after purchase: We have already paid and we analyze what information is received as well as if it makes life easier (or complicates it for us).

- Technical support: We create different bugs and analyze the time and quality of the response.

In each of these sections we have evaluated different variables, scoring from 1 to 3, according to the following criteria:

It is also worth noting that CDmon has a very interesting testing platform to set up a project without starting to pay until you have the web under development. Specifically, it allows up to five websites per account.

The domain contact field autocompletion system is not very good at times. For example, for the domain they ask you for the telephone number with an international prefix and they copy that information to the billing, but there you have to put it separately and if you click on continue it generates an error. Something similar happens with the CIF.
Information process after purchase
Email with clear and complete information of all users and accesses (Mail, FTP, MySQL, control panel, web statistics and DNS). You can literally be up and running in a few minutes, which is appreciated.

WordPress installation on CDmon
We quickly have our WordPress operational. This is a simplified process with a basic wizard.
We highlight the execution time limitation (the time our WordPress can take to perform a task) that forced us to open a support ticket not provided for in the analysis.

In the tests carried out using different tools, the site works quite smoothly even with recurring users. The only weak point is the response time of the first byte.

Technical support
We have generated different WordPress-specific errors on all the hosts analyzed and we have asked all of them in the same time slot.
In the case of CDmon, they have correctly solved 3 of the 4 errors. The only failure was the 404 error that was solved by saving the permalinks. Two others solve them perfectly and in the last one they give us the correct answer.

Summary
The experience with CDmon has been correct. The speed of the site and the quality/price ratio are an added value.
Having a test environment at no cost makes it a very interesting option to start our projects. The panel itself is quite simple to use.
The support has behaved well in general, although the first question, which is very basic in WordPress, has penalized them, although their response speed is quite good.
