Generally, some shipping companies have already developed a plugin to include their tracking functionality in woocommerce.
Within the plugin you must verify if they have enabled this provider to be able to add it.
I have also searched if there is any plugin for the specific provider that you mention ->
Is that the provider you are trying to add? If so, I don’t see this provider in the list of the plugin
According to the plugin support you must add this provider in a custom way
Then you just have to add the data of your provider
