What iPadian offers
The first thing that will come to mind is the possibility of using iOS apps on the computer. And unfortunately, this is not possible. iPadian has its own app store where we will find a series of apps that we can use. However, these apps are not from iOS, but have been programmed to run on this independent system, web applications.
What iPadian offers us, as we have explained, is the possibility of test iOS appearance directly in Windows. When executing it we can see an interface very similar to the SpringBoard of the iPhone and iPad. The icons are very similar to the originals, and the effects have also been very elaborate.
But little else offers us from there. Is a very poor program, half of the apps don’t work and, by no means, does it offer us the performance or stability of iOS. Aesthetically it may be worth it, but in practice it is very poor.

Minimum requirements to use iPadian
Being a simulator, and not an emulator, the requirements to be able to use this program are not high at all. The only thing we will need is a Windows XP SP3 or higher operating system, along with a 90 MHz processor and 16 MB of RAM. Or at least that is the information that appears in its official installer. As we can see, it is not really an emulator, but an application that simulates the iPadOS environment through an application, using the same icons, but without offering the experience that we can really get using this Apple device. .
However, any computer running Windows 7 or Windows 11 will be able to run iPadian without any problem. Another thing is that, as we have explained, it is worth paying for software that is literally useless. From the moment we see the requirements, something does not fit. This program asks for excessively low requirements, something that, if we talk about emulation or virtualization, is impossible. Once the program is executed we realize that it is, literally, nothing. We have paid 25 dollars to have an interface (pretty ugly, by the way, despite trying to imitate iOS) from which we can not do more than open some applications. But they are not the iOS apps that we can download from the App Store, but rather crappy applications, in web format, included by the developers. Applications that are useless.
And we better not talk about the app store. Any resemblance to the App Store is purely coincidental, as well as being full of junk apps that, like iPadian, are useless.
Is iPadian worth it?
The concept promises: to be able to emulate iOS or iPadOS on Windows. In this way we could install and use Apple applications directly in Windows without having to have an iPhone or iPad in our possession. But does it really do its job? Being an application that simulates the environment, without emulating it, iPadian fulfills the mission that it promises or claims to promise in the description.
As we have explained, no matter how much of an iPad-like name it bears, in practice it has nothing to do with it. not an emulator, nor a simulator. In a nutshell, is a gotcha. It is a program that badly imitates the appearance of iOS, on which we can run some web applications, but nothing else. And, in addition, it asks us to pay 25 dollars to be able to download and use it. Money we pay literally for nothing. Therefore, no, this program is not worth it, since it is nothing more than a scam, something we must avoid.
if we really want try an ipad and see all the potential that this device makes available to us, we just have to visit one of the different Apple stores throughout Spain. If we are not lucky enough to have a fence, we can go to El Corte Inglés and tinker with one of the display devices. Another option is to visit the K-tuin stores, focused on the sale of Apple products by Fnac. In all these stores we will always have an iPad to check the user experience first hand without falling for a scam like the one offered by iPadian.
Alternatives
Although there is nothing that allows us to emulate iPadOS as such, there are some alternatives that can help us have an experience, if not the same, quite similar. Let’s go see them. Unfortunately, Apple does not have an iOS emulator like Google offers with Android. Therefore, it is very difficult to test this operating system outside of an iPhone or iPad. However, all is not lost.

Update. Although this program promised to simulate iOS on the computer, the truth is that it has come to nothing. Its developers started with great enthusiasm, but they have not updated the program since 2020 or shown any sign of life. Although it promised, it seems that it is another failure.
