While the Pokémon GO fever is waning, the game continues to increase its features and functions. Once again, we are facing another update of the title that has not left anyone indifferent, which comes to provide an interesting novelty: the assessment of our captured Pokémon. Thus, you can now download Pokémon GO 0.35.0 for Android and 1.5.0 for iOS (remember that they have different numbering for each platform). At the end of the article you have the download links.
When we started taking our first steps in Pokémon GO (pun intended) we quickly understood that CP (combat points) was the indicator of the creature’s strength. This has ended up being a half-fact since other components such as health, speed, weight… all linked to our Trainer level also influence.
The Pokémon GO rating helps us determine the potential of our Pokémon
Thus, calculators and apps began to proliferate that helped us discover if our Pokémon were ‘worth’ training or if it was better to discard them and stop spending candy on them. As the people at Niantic are very attentive to what is happening in the fan community, they wanted to add a similar rating system, but much more simplified.
To access the rating of our Pokémon we only have to follow these steps:
- Have version 0.35.0 on Android 1.5.0 on iOS (or higher).
- We go to the ‘Pokémon’ section.
- We touch the Pokémon we want to evaluate.
- We display the options on the right icon.
- We touch on “Assess”.
- Our Pokémon Team Leader will give us the verdict.
It should be noted that, as can be seen from the last step, we must have reached level 5 and have joined one of the three Pokémon Teams for the ratings to be activated.
Our Team Leader will issue a somewhat generic assessment of the Pokémon, telling us its strong points (Health, Attack, Defense…) or if it is a Pokémon with powerful or rather limited characteristics. He will also make some comments about the Pokémon’s size if it is smaller or larger than average.
That is to say, they will not give us too technical information about the pocket monster, but rather they will more or less guide us to know, in general terms, how the Pokémon is doing. Thus, they make vital information available to everyone to compete in battles and obtain Pokémon Gyms more easily without hindering the gaming experience with ‘complicated’ details.
