Pokémon GO is back with a new update, the first after having launched Pokémon GO Plus, which as many of you know, is a device with which we can play minimally without having to take out our mobile phone. Today, we can now download Pokémon GO 0.39.0 for Android and 1.9.0 for iOS (remember that they have different references) which includes a very interesting novelty for those who have purchased the aforementioned device.
In addition to the typical bug fixes, this update integrates a relatively useful new feature, this time aimed at all Trainers in the game.
Pokémon GO Plus now recognizes Pokémon attracted to incense
One of the premises of Pokémon GO Plus is to be able to activate PokéStops and capture Pokémon without having to take out your phone. However, until now there was a big absence: the possibility of capturing the creatures that appeared exclusively when using incense.
Now, thanks to this new update, those who own Pokémon GO Plus can now get doped with Pokémon incense, since they will continue to receive the notice on the device in the same way as with normal wild ones.
Remember that Pokémon GO Plus is also capable of counting the steps we take, so the Pokémon Eggs and the Pokémon Companion will record the distance we are traveling even though the game is in the background.
Another feature that this version provides is the option to see the location where you captured wild Pokémon. The function is called “Capture Location” and you can find it on the information screen of the Pokémon you are viewing.

As of this writing, Niantic has not yet officially distributed this update. However, when it is available – which should be any moment now – you can download Pokémon GO 0.39.0 or 1.9.0 in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, respectively.
Android users, however, can now get ahead by installing the .apk file manually.
