The 1906 family of beers remains at the top of the ranking of the best beers in the world by obtaining the highest score and the corresponding Gold Medals in the World Beer Challenge. In this way, Hijos de Rivera’s 1906 beers climb positions in this ranking of British beers of international prestige that analyzes and rates hundreds of references every year.
Both 1906 Reserva Especial and 1906 Red Vintage and the 1906 Black Coupage black lager obtain the maximum 100 points that place them at the head of the 2020 ranking that the British entity has just made public.
The World Beer Challenge is an event that annually classifies hundreds of beers from around the world based on the criteria of some of the leading international experts in the sector, thus recognizing quality and flavor parameters. In this edition, 355 beers have participated, of which 56 have been awarded a medal.
