In the fourth class of the Facebook course we are going to see how we can use the Facebook tool, Creator Studio.
This tool can help us manage the different Facebook company profiles thanks to the multitude of features it has. Also, since the new update, Facebook only allows you to schedule content through Creator Studio, and not from the company page in native as you could do before.
On the other hand, the management of “Community Management” (doubts, questions, private messages, notifications, etc…) can be centralized through this tool that connects all your channels.
As we have seen, Creator Studio is a great tool that helps us both with content programming and with the community management function, although it is true that in the analytical section it is a bit fair, in this case it would be necessary combine it with the statistics section of each individual page.
Creator Studio is a tool very focused on the content creator or “Content Creator” and that is that Facebook is trying to enter the fight with YouTube to capitalize on the video format and for this it is betting on creating tools and functionalities like the ones that Creator Studio has included for facilitate this management.
In addition, from this tool we can see a large amount of data related to our video content. KPIs such as minutes played, views divided into organic, paid or viral, and monetization by content, among others.
