In the second class of the Filmora X course we are going to begin to learn more about the interface and our workplace in this complete video editing application.
Filmora X is an application that stands out for its fluid workflow and its multiple tools that, as well as being simple, hide a potential that will allow us to do practically any video editing task. From assembly, the use of a multitude of video, audio and image sources, to color grading or color correction. Going through editing our audio and applying essential transitions, animations and graphics.
In this class we are going to learn about the different tools that Filmora X offers us, as well as review the configuration of the application so that it works correctly on our computer. Go for it!
We already have it! We have learned in more depth the different possibilities that Filmora offers us. In our first contact we have verified how, in essence, it is different from other editing applications, but it has a user interface and workflow that we will easily get used to.
In Filmora our work area is divided into sections, each one of them has the characteristics of each one of the editing processes. From the first section, “media”, where we import all the resources that we are going to use in our video editing, going through the rest of the panels. They reveal to us a world full of animations, transitions, essential graphics and special effects to give our editions a very personal and attractive touch.
We have also reviewed the configuration and preferences panel, which does not have dozens of options, it is also committed to simplicity. But they are more than enough to adjust the operation of Filmora to our needs. We have seen how we can improve the performance of the application by configuring some options and making the most of our hardware.
As homework, we are going to get used to our new workplace. Let’s try, without fear, each of the tools that we have seen in this class and let’s play with them. In the following classes we will delve into each of them.
