The company Great Place To Work has presented a new ranking «Best Workplaces 2022», in which it details which are The ideal companies to work for in Spain. That is, those workplaces where the work culture is in harmony and where employees remain satisfied.
In total, there were 50 participating companies, which were divided into 5 categories according to the number of employees (unlike the , where there were only two). One of the novelties this year was that the digital companies Incentro and MioGroup debuted in it, achieving a very good position in their categories.
How to participate in the Great Place to Work Ranking
Companies that wish to participate can apply on the same company website and comply with these two processes:
TrustIndex: send all employees a questionnaire where the level of trust that the company employee has in three relationships should be assessed: Company/Managers, Colleagues and their own work.
Culture Brief/Audit: send an audit that includes certain specific information about the policies and practices that are made within it to manage the team (for example: what are the methods that are applied to train employees, to hire staff, etc.).
To qualify, the company must obtain a minimum of 65% positive feedback in the Trust Index© questionnaire.
