Growth Hacking Course #7. Pirate Funnel 5: Referal – .com

In the seventh class of the Growth hacking course we are going to see the last stage of the Pirate Funnel model: Referral.

One of the differentiating characteristics of the pirate funnel is that it incorporates customer recommendations into the conversion funnel. And it is that this type of actions are very effective and, at the same time, do not imply investment by the brand. Or at least not an obvious one. What you have to do is take care of the product and the purchase process and make it easier for the user to make the recommendation. The less effort it takes, the better.

It is also important to take into account that referrals can be both external (from customers) and internal (from the company’s own employees).
Inside lesson!

You see, with this stage we will close the cycle of our Growth Hacking model. Exciting, right?

And it is that this model has so much penetration because it works the way to make products and services go viral, getting the customers themselves to become recommenders and influencers of it.

Here we have seen a key metric to determine the degree of recommendation that exists in our customer base, the NPS metric. And it is that in order to have this metric we will have to use surveys as a tool, as we have seen in this lesson.

For this, we can count on the tool that we have seen together. This is a well-known solution in the sector and it will help us achieve a very good user experience when conducting surveys and interviews.
