Healthy Poke, the healthy fast food chain, opens its second location in Malaga located at number 12 Martínez Street, one of the busiest areas of the city as it is next to the emblematic Casa Vicente. , in addition to a terrace on the pedestrian street.
According to the director of marketing and retail at Healthy Poke, Isabel Redondo, “whenever we arrive in a city we like to integrate into its environment. In the case of Malaga, we are right in the center, next to such emblematic places as Casa Vicente, so that it was fundamental to form a natural part of that scenario. We have worked on a design where the identity of our brand is the protagonist, so that all Malagans know Healthy Poke, and at the same time we have looked for elements that make us be part of the city, such as the deep blue color of the sea and a large awning in the lounge area, reminiscent of the terraces on the promenade”.
This opening is added to its meteoric expansion plan that achieved record figures in 2021 with 22 openings, becoming leaders in the poke category in Spain in number of premises, turnover and direct jobs. Also, in March of last year the company launched the delivery and take away format.
