Hello Alberto.
I don’t think that removing plugins frees up much space, it’s the least common.
I have doubled the disk space capacity of your cPanel account for the next 48 hours as I see that you are exceeding the allowed usage quota. When you exceed the disk quota, you will not be able to receive new emails, upload new files and your website may present loading errors because new files cannot be generated on the disk.
This increase will be in force for 48 hours so that you can delete files, download emails to your computers, download backup copies and delete them from the hosting account, delete unnecessary content, etc.
After 48 hours, the quota will be left as it was automatically.
I recommend you check the disk space of your account using the cPanel “Disk Usage” tool to delete files that you don’t need to check
You can delete from the server the emails that are not essential to keep (spam emails, sent, in the trash…), if the email stored on the server consumes a lot of space ->
This link will also help you where we explain in more detail how to optimize disk space:
If you cannot delete data from the server, you should request an upgrade to a hosting with more capacity. You will find the steps to follow in this link of the Customer Guide:
The following files are related to your website, they are usually backup copies that you can download to your computer and delete from the server to free up space:
96 MB in the file /home/amarcodc/.wp_center/wprestore/c714597c44bbe229e839d61ef7cd0de8_2019-11-21-23-03-19.sql
Another measure that you can take is to configure the emails that you have in Gmail to receive them from that platform, with that you will avoid charging the hosting account since they are not stored on the server:

All the best
