What is the Cl@ve system
Cl@ve is a system aimed at unifying and simplifying citizens’ electronic access to public services. Its main objective is that the citizen can identify himself before the Administration by means of concerted keys (username plus password), without having to remember different keys to access the different services.
How to register in the Cl@ve system
Citizens can register in the Cl@ve system through 3 ways, which are the following:
1. In person at a Registry Office.
2. Through the Tax Agency (if you have an electronic certificate)
3. Requesting a letter of invitation that will be sent by post to your fiscal address.
Registration in Cl@ve via video call
The coronavirus pandemic and technological advances in the Tax Agency allow users to obtain their registration in the Cl@ve system. A service that is the choice for those citizens who do not have an electronic certificate, do not want or cannot access the registry offices or cannot wait to receive the invitation letter.
To register via video call, the interested party needs:
1. Download the Zoom application (on your computer or mobile).
2. Have a camera, microphones and speakers.
3. Have your DNI present.
4. Have your mobile phone.
5. Know that the video assistance service hours will be from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00.
The registration procedure in Cl@ve via video call
1. Enter the website of the Tax Agency.
2. Enter the DNI or NIE and its expiration date
3. Access the video call registration system offered by the website.
4. After indicating access by video call, a first window will appear with information about the In addition, it will offer access to a help service for video and audio configuration to obtain detailed technical information.
