Could you please give us a hand with this issue.
Currently web users cannot cancel the sending of notifications of new comments left by other users.
When they click on the link: “Refuse to be notified of new comments” it generates this error.
500 – An error has occurred.

How do I stop advertising from reaching me?
because the link that they have that no more notifications arrive, does not work, it only opens and twelve that there is an error
