Conditions and salaries at Primark

Regarding salary, Primark modified its collective agreement in Spain a few months ago, increasing the salary of its employees by 1.5%. With this, it offers a base salary that divides employees according to the time they have been in the company, as well as their responsibilities.

Primark’s salary table is as follows:

– Group 0 (workers with less than 18 months seniority): 14,500.50 euros per year

– Group 1 (more than 18 months): 16,740.42 euros

– Group 2 (supervisors): 18,862.45 euros

– Group 3 (store managers): 21,220.25 euros per year
