Productivity Course #4. Getting things done – .com

Good morning everyone and welcome to the fourth class of the , in which we learn to be more effective and efficient.

Today we are talking about David Allen’s famous GTD theory, which is a formula or procedure that we can apply to organize our tasks.

In reality, it is still common sense, but common sense organized and theorized to make it easier to realize what we are doing wrong. Let’s go there 🙂

4 – Getting things done (do things;)

This theory is based on a conceptual map that is very simple to follow, in which we have to ask ourselves certain questions that, as we answer, we will see the solution and decision to make. We are going to go step by step explaining each point, so you save yourself having to read the whole book:

Finally, you already know. You already have Mr. Allen’s theory clear. Isn’t it simple? Well, sometimes the simplest things are the best.

Now we can integrate that theory with what we have seen in the previous lessons, to see how it interacts with tasks, time management, procrastination, etc. And we save certain points (delegate, collaboration tools, opportunity cost, say no…) As I have already said in the video we will deal with it in the next classes. So don’t miss them, they will be very interesting 🙂

As always, if you have any doubt or question, you can send it through the support form of the subscriber intranet. See you in the next lesson! 🙂

Remember that if you will have access to everybody the courses and you can also enjoy everything from .
