‘Shiberse’, the Shiba Inu project to enter the metaverse

The developers of Shiba Inu Coin announced via Twitter their intention to enter the metaverse world with the release of ‘Shiberse’. “An immersive experience for our ecosystem and the space of the metaverse”, they assure from the brand.

The announcement was made on Monday, and a day later Shiba Inu Coin (SHIB) was trading at $0.00002124, up 10%, for the first time in three days, though still hovering near three-month lows of this week. The token had a daily trading volume of $1.5 billion.

More and more projects are coming out from companies (, Facebook, Vodafone, , ) and sectors (, , ) focused on the metaverse. Undoubtedly an opportunity that, according to Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan, could be worth 8 billion dollars.

The idea is that the project is launched during this year

As stated in the tweet, this new project is expected to launch in 2022. This means that it should come out before the Shiba Inu game, based on multiplayer card collecting, scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

This will not be the only project of the brand, since in early January they announced the decentralized autonomous organization, which will give Shiba Inu holders voting rights on crypto projects and a method of distributing prizes called $BONE.

Much of the success of these altcoins comes from Elon Musk, currently the richest man in the world. it’s no secret. In November 2021, his publications in which he appeared with a Shiba Inu puppy caused a notable increase in his price.
