Tinder has introduced a new functionality to highlight one profile over another much more than before. Baptized as Super Boost, it allows you to be seen by up to 100 times more potential matches than the usual system does.
This trick is not free and is a way for Tinder to increase their income. Until now, Plus and Gold paid users have the ability to highlight their profile in the area for 30 minutes (Boost) once a month. Now, these paying users will be able to purchase a Super Boost to multiply the visibility of the profile.
“Sometimes it could be easy to feel like you’re a minnow in a big pond of perfect selfies and Bali vacation photos. With Super Boost you’ll have the spotlight on you during peak hours when Tinder activity is on fire,” The company explained in a statement.
The option is not yet available, but will gradually reach different markets as the correct use tests progress.
