They are payment modules and we do not know them enough to be able to guide you.
What I see in its features, for example the first Easy Presta Translator Module, it seems that it does automatic translations for you.
The second Autotranslator module seems to do the translations for you but you have to go one by one selecting the products you want to translate. This module has a demo that you can review if you’re interested in trying it first.
The third Auto Change Language module, what it does is redirect the web to the user’s language, that is, if the user connects from a Portuguese IP, it will show the Portuguese language for that user without having to select it, but I don’t see that it is used for translations.
