Web analysis course #7. Copymouse – .com

In the seventh class of the web analysis course we examined a corporate website: Copymouse. We will see the importance of the portfolio in the case of creative services.

So far we’ve seen membership sites, we’ve seen eCommerce, and we’ve even seen dual CTAs. Today it is the turn of corporate websites. What happens when we don’t have a buy or subscribe button?

We are going to see the importance of the “contact” call to action, when there is no electronic transaction or payment gateway.

You see it. Once again, and in a similar way to the case of the Dibujos por sonrisas website, it is key to transmit confidence. But unlike that occasion, here we have not done it with the artists who participate in the project, but with the clients themselves.

The portfolio, in any web of creative sectors, is key: Photographers, designers, web developers. Not only for the artistic part, but also for the caliber of the projects. Showing well-known clients and projects that we can be proud of helps a lot to convey professionalism.

In this case we have also seen peculiarities of the balance between design and usability, and that sometimes one is detrimental to the other. But there is always a meeting point 🙂

If you have any questions, you can send them through the support form on the subscriber intranet. See you in the next lesson! 🙂
