I have a problem: when an order is placed, the status is automatically changed to “pending payment”.
I have seen a forum thread similar to what happens to me:
In my case, the plugins I’m using are those recommended by Redys, well, by the bank with which we have the virtual POS.
This is causing problems with customers because they believe they had problems paying when they saw the charge on their account.
What we would like is for the orders to be automatically put “on hold” and once we verify the payment, we can change the status.
What you put in your solution, leads to it being automatically set to “completed”.
