1. Open Firefox.
2. click the button open menu at the top right of the window.
3. select option Aid .
4. Choose the option Reboot with plugins disabled .
5. Click the button restart firefox to confirm that you want to disable all your add-ons and restart the browser.
6. Click on the Start button in safe mode to put Firefox in safe mode.
