The browser works on all platforms, feels faster than the market leader Chrome and supports all the Chromium extensions that the previous browser enjoyed. However, the Edge experience is not without its problems. After a new Windows update, Microsoft Edge opens automatically on startup. Another problem is that sometimes the Edge browser stops responding on Windows.
And users cannot simply switch to any Edge alternative as they have their browsing history, extensions, bookmarks, and passwords saved in the Edge browser. While it is possible to transfer data from one Edge browser to another, the transition is not as easy as you might think.

1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet

This can help because sometimes changing the wrong settings can cause problems with Edge, especially if you activate the Edge beta.
