Hello, a client wants you to enable on his woocommerce page the option that visitors can pay by Payment Gateway or Cash on Delivery (but that this payment only appears available for the city of Bogota) that is to say that it is only activated if the user chooses Bogota, for the other cities only offer the gateway as a means of payment
as the limit of the payment against delivery by zones is set, for now woocommerce only allows me to assign shipping values for this payment method
