Chrome extension know web file

WordPress does not use an index file to display the web as it can be, for example, with an html template.

WordPress assembles the pages by blocks, that is, you have a header.php file where the entire header is, then you have the body files that depending on the page load one or the other and finally you have the Footer.php file which is where it loads all the bottom of the page.

I think there is an extension in Chrome that identifies the page file
