Hello Carlos, do the following tests:
1- From the Joomla Backend, clear cache and purge cache, then refresh and try again.
2- Clear the Google Chrome browser cache and try again.
3- Change the Joomla language in the administrator part to English, then clean the Joomla and browser caches and try again.
Please let us know if any of these steps fixed the issue.
