CORRECT LINKS FOR BUTTON TO WHATSAPP MOBILE AND WHATSAPP WEB…

Hello!! Let’s see if I explain myself well and without much detour…

I have several websites with WPFácil with Divi, and I want to learn how to do this for the others, I leave them here so you can see them:

After many attempts I have managed to get the web whatsapp button to work (following a tutorial by Jhon, moderator of , Thank you! The others have not worked for me Jhon) With this type of link:

Where xxx (is the mobile number) and yyy (the message).

PROBLEM #1:

However, I have not yet found a way to make the link for the mobile app work, when pressing from a mobile the browser opens and says “it seems that whatsapp is not installed” and a download button, I have tried the following:

OPTION 1:

OPTION 2: whatsapp://send/?phone=xxx;text=yyy

PROBLEM #2:

Another detail is that if I have managed to make any of the previous options work for the mobile app, Divi does not give me the option to change the url, it does let me change the title of the button for mobile, web or tablet. But not the url in each option so that it changes when a user is on the web from a mobile, tablet or computer. That is, the link would be the same, and of course, for this case it is not useful (I do not know if I have explained myself well)

I want to keep the design that the buttons have if possible, can you give me a solution?

I’ve been thinking about this for months and doing tests… and naaaada! 🤯

A million thanks and hugs!! 🤗
