– Informing that version of Joomla! you use as well as the version of the extension that is affected in your specific problem, so we rule out vulnerabilities or incompatibilities of old versions.
– Any additional information that you consider important that we should take into account to help you better.
– That you make the query in the appropriate Category of the Forum, helps us to keep it more organized and that other users find the answers already given better.
– Do not make more than one query of a different nature to the problem treated in the same thread, it makes it difficult for technicians to answer and does not allow other users to correctly search for solutions.
– When you write a new forum post, write a meaningful “Title” for the post that identifies the problem, otherwise a simple “help please” doesn’t help to understand the problem or help other users to find a solution like the one you are looking for when you write this post.
