To remove the link, edit the file wp-content/themes/responsive/footer.php and change the following line:
threw out ‘
‘.__( ‘Theme designed by’, ‘responsive’ ).’
‘;
for this other one:
threw out ‘ ‘;
About the links to social networks go in the WordPress administration to Appearance-> Theme Options. In the first Basic Settings tab you will see fields for different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.). Only social buttons that have a value in this field will be loaded. Therefore, you will have to add here the links of social networks that you have and remove the link “#” that is put in some as an example.
