So that we do not know what the addresses of the people who receive the message are, you must place those addresses in the Bcc field (not in the TO field or in CC).
The thing is that the BCC field doesn’t always appear in the message composition window, at least in Outlook Express. To make it appear you must configure in the message composition window in the View menu – All headers.
We can also use a mailing list and it would be a more practical and automated way. Read the manual for more information.
