It is certainly curious what happens, first have you tried to completely empty the cache of the plugins that you have to manage these?, some of those plugins are wp rocket, autooptimice, wp sweep, etc.
Validate by emptying their cache if you have any problem with them being stored on the site, on the other hand also try to go to Appearances > Customize, and once inside identify where the fonts are applied and their sizes, see in some titles that a size of 1px is being applied to the text in elements of the element.
Also check if you have a template assigned to the entries with Elementor if this font is well assigned both for desktop and for smaller resolutions, it seems that there are many things but tell us once you do these tests and tell us how everything went.
