Address forms for countries NOT Spain

See if you can help.

In the address form for European countries, not Spain. I want my mobile phone to appear as mandatory.

But something happens, and if I add the mobile phone to the form, the country does not appear… Even though I have it selected in the form.

Or the country appears, and the optional phone.

Or the mandatory mobile phone appears, and the country does not appear.

Even if you have them selected.

I enclose screenshots of the selected fields in the backoffice (International/geographical locations/countries) and the corresponding form that appears on the web.
