Steps to sign in to my free Prezi account

Enter from the computer or PC
- Go to the Prezi website. You just have to open a browser on your PC and, in the address bar, enter this URL: https://prezi.com/
- Within it, in the upper right corner you will see the option “Enters”. You have to click on it.
- Now, you will be redirected to another page where you should fill in the access form. You just have to write your profile email in the first field and the password in the second to achieve this. When you have written both, click on “Enters”.

Login from the Android or iOS APP
- Download the Prezi app for Android and iOS. Go into Google Play Store or in the app storerespectively, and search for “Prezi Viewer” (this app is the one that exists for smartphones, which does not allow you to make slides, but you can see them). When you find it, download it and let it install on your terminal.
- When the installation is finished, touch open the app. You will have it in the apps menu along with the rest installed.
- Within it, only registration options will appear on the home screen. Don’t worry, they are valid for logging in too. Click on the first option: “Sign up using an email”.
- It will scroll up a small form traditional. Now write your email in the first field and the password in the second and click on “Sign up” when you’re done.

Sign in with Facebook or Google
- Enter, as usual, the Prezi website from your PC with the URL: https://prezi.com or in the app from your phone. In both systems it is possible perform this login with Facebook or Google.
- On PC, press the “Enter” button which is at the top.
- Now, just click on any of the two options at the bottom: “Login with Facebook” either “Sign in with Google”. If you are using the mobile application, on the initial screen you will have the buttons “Login with Facebook” Y “Sign up with Google” below.
- Whatever you choose, if you have previously logged into any of them on your device, just you will have to grant permissions to connect both. If not, log in to the chosen social network and the connection will automatically be made without having to do anything else.
- Followed all this, you are now done signing in to Prezi with Facebook or Google and without the need to use any type of e-mail.
I forgot my password. How do I recover my Prezi account password?
If you have forgotten your password to access, something that usually happens frequently, we will explain how to recover your prezi account password or, rather, how to restore a new one. Follow these steps that we leave you indicated to be able to enter again:
- Go to the Prezi website entering this URL in your web browser: https://prezi.com/.
- Click on the option “Enters”available above, to enter the login menu.
- Now, instead of filling in fields, go down and click on the option “Did you forget your password?”.
- You have to enter your profile email in the space that appears on the screen and, immediately, click on the button “Restore password”.
- Now go to the e-mail box that you have indicated You will have an email sent by Prezi in which there is a link to set the new key. It may take a few minutes to arrive, so wait if you don’t already have it. If it has already arrived, open the link it contains.
- Inside the Prezi portal again, now you must type the new password to login. Fill in the two fields with it and click on “Restore password” to end.
