502 Bad Gateway

Hello,
I have used Screaming Frog SEO Spider 7.2 to analyze my website and it gives me the following information:

I don’t know if the 502 Bad Gateway error is related to the redirection problem I’m having. As I mentioned before, the OnPage.org tool tells me that I do not have a canonical URL, I try, with the module “Canonical URLs to Avoid Duplicate Content – SEO”, to introduce my franquihogar.com URL with https protocol as canonical, but in OnPage. org appears not to be indexable. It also tells me that www.franquihogar.com with https protocol redirects to franquihogar.com with http protocol. I think it considers that the canonical URL is franquihogar.com with http protocol.
It also indicates that the IP does not redirect to the Home Page.
Could the 502 Bad Gateway error be a URL or IP redirection error?

Also the virtual assistant Stephan indicates:

I see that there is a log file that indicates the existence of 500 errors in some website hosted in your Hosting account:
