Laura spent a year preparing to take the leap after feeling the desire to start a business. Paula was working for someone else for a long time until she got tired and started on her own.
They both know that starting a business is hard and sometimes scary, but self-improvement is a great reward. Being able to organize and work how and when she wants is one of the things she values most.
Paula’s project, +MoreThanLaw, helps law firms to manage their business more effectively and position themselves as benchmarks. The main problem that she detects in her clients is the lack of a plan, of a strategy that defines very well what they offer and how they offer it.
Laura is the creator of CoreBicycle, a bicycle accessories search engine based on a need that she found herself. Inspired by the American market, she opted for an affiliate system, earning a percentage for selling third-party products.
Laura considers online marketing as a set of actions: videos, photos, blogs… And some work better than others. In the online arena, the best results she has obtained have been by adapting her blog posts for SEO.
