I suppose what you mean is having control over the orders pending collection from customers.

In order to see this you will have to enter the Virtuemart administration and click on the Orders button. A list of store orders will be displayed. The order status should determine whether the order has been paid for, shipped, pending, etc.

You will see at the top of the list of orders that there is a filter to see the orders that are in a certain state. You can use this option to leave only the orders that are in the “Pending” status, for example.
