You can use the custom file for your template where you can put your code, locate the file
/gdo/templates/sj_news/css/your_css.css
Then add the following code
#yt_header{ background:url(/gdo/images/PLECA-04.jpg) center center no-repeat }
Logically you will see that the image is very large for the space you have defined, so you would have to evaluate a more suitable image.
Usually as backgrounds, a color, a gradient or some pattern image is used.
