Hello Victor.
I just placed a test order and I see that the POS payment page does not load, I don’t know if you made any changes, but it seems that the extension is not installed correctly.
Delete the extension and reinstall.
If you have problems with the Redsys extension, download the one from this link and configure it with the data that the bank gave you -> Content only visible to registered users
