Hello Antonio,
In this case, check that the menus for the corresponding language are selected, keep in mind that you must create a menu for Spanish and assign it as your main language and then create a menu for Portuguese and assign it as your main language
Check how you are adding these options and tell us, if possible send us a screenshot of how you have configured your menu options so we can review what you tell us in greater detail.
