In the fifth class of the Canvas model course in crowdfunding we see how to establish the relationship with the client before, during and after our crowdfunding campaign.

And it is that before the campaign comes the pre-campaign, and that is where our relationship with the pre-patron begins, who then continues as a patron, and finally as a client at the time we launch the business.

Let’s see how to differentiate these stages, and how the co-creation process that occurs in crowdfunding is linked to them. Let us begin!

We already have it! The relationship with patrons and clients will help us not only in the recruitment process, but also in the relationship with them based on communications, messages and comments both on the platform and off it.

On the other hand, highlight the importance of periodic updates to keep the campaign alive, and the delicate moment of the delivery of rewards, climax and closing of the campaign as such.

On this occasion we propose you to make a list of actions and communications to carry out, another of questions and answers for the platforms that allow it, and finally a list of emails and telephone numbers to communicate via email and WhatsApp.
