Buenas tardes,
I have had the website in WordPress for years and I would like to change the theme, and I see in the phpMy Admin database and in some files that I have accumulated “residues” from all these years, remains of plug-ins that have not been deleted at all, processes in cron, etc.
I would like to take advantage of the change of theme and install WordPress on a clean database, and install everything again and import all the current content keeping the urls exactly the same and not losing positioning in Google,
I would like to know if you have any information about it, I have been looking at your guides, forum and blog but I have not been able to find anything.
I know that this whole process will take a few weeks, I would appreciate it if you could tell me if you can make a temporary website from and then migrate everything, or if it is better through a plug-in or staging website, or another option
What do you think from your experience that may be the best option?
