Cosmos is made up of a set of programming tools specialized in business applications, indicated both for corporate environments and for departmental and personal installations.

Cosmos includes a highly productive RAD (Rapid Application Development) environment for generating screen layouts, menus, and reports; a fourth-generation object-oriented language, and a relational database manager with an SQL interface, all accompanied by a powerful set of auxiliary tools.

The only drawback it presents is the lack of help on the internet and that it has great difficulty using ACTIVX.
