For a little over a year, the National Police, Civil Guard and the Ministry of the Interior have put the application into operation. A citizen help service in situations of danger, in order to send notices, even geolocated, with photographs or audio, to the agents to warn of testimony or the presence of crime.
In the event of robberies, robberies, assaults, fights, sexual assaults, acts of gender violence, notices of deaf people, hate crimes, housing occupations, radicalism, animal abuse, lost citizens, bullying or vandalism, it serves to denounce any act crime that is suffered or seen on the street.
A tool that has up to three levels of protection (high, medium or low) and can activate different functions in each case to feel more protected, as well as send photos or videos of the reportable event.
The greater security allows up to ten guardians to be included to send an audio
With regard to greater security, this allows you to contact agents directly by call or chat, to place ten guards (people in close contact) to alert them to any situation. A service, guardian, that also includes an SOS button as well as an audio of up to ten seconds to notify as quickly as possible of the alert of gender violence or to health personnel, even with voice testimony.
In addition, all these alerts are geolocated, which enables the location to be sent to the nearest operational center so that the police can attend to the reported act as quickly as possible.
