.es domain name registration is open to individuals, organizations and legal entities from all over the world, as long as their websites have ties to Spain or target the Spanish market.
Domain registrants will need to provide a government-issued ID to be eligible for registration. You can use your ID card, passport, driver’s license, tax identification number or VAT number.
During the application process, the contact information of the Registrant, Technician and Billing must be completed with the natural person or company that registers the domain name. However, the Administrator contact should only be for the information of a natural person.
