When checking the url of the iframe (Embedded URL) in the browser explorer, I see that the url it calls is -> www.down21materialdidactico.org/salud/citas_bibiograficas/nuevo/listar_citas.asp, after seeing the URL it call, I test it to see if that page loads and I see that it does load, with this I rule out that it is a problem of the page that it calls.

To insert the iframe you have to insert it in an html module with the iframe code.
But I don’t care if the reason is to switch to Https.

Well, you are trying to show a page without a certificate within a page with a certificate and it cuts the load because it has mixed content (With certificate and without certificate), this is due to the fact that your entire website is encrypted (With certificate) and the content of the other no and blocks it.
Solution, for me the best option is to install the certificate also at down21materialdidactico.org.
Firstly, because of the trust that you offer to users and also, in terms of positioning, Google will like you much more. In fact, Google is beginning to penalize websites without a certificate.
