1064 errors are errors in records or tables in the database in use. A 1064 error is usually related to the database. It does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with the database, but that the wrong query may be being made.
This could be generated by one of the modules that are being loaded on the home page of your website. Try to deactivate all the modules of your Joomla and check if this way the web loads. If so, activate the modules one by one to try to find the one that generates the problem.
